Mijn passie is spreken voor een groot publiek en een andere passie mensen helpen.

Bij publiek spreken breng ik mijn publiek gemakkelijk in ontroering. Ik spreek helder, duidelijk en in contact met mezelf. Dat was één van mijn drijfveren om leraar te worden.
Daarnaast is begeleiden ook één van mijn kwaliteiten: begeleiden in angsten, heling brengen. Ik heb opleidingen achter de rug waarin ik technieken leerde om angsten en trauma's te helen.

Mijn intentie in een traject samen met jou:
* je je eigen verhaal laten vertellen (voor een publiek), in contact met jezelf
* alle angsten en andere blokkades die je verhinderen, samen oplossen.

Ik ben Nederlandstalig en kan je ook begeleiden in het Frans en in het Engels.

Ik hou ervan de cursist/student plezier en voldoening te geven!

Ik ben lerares Nederlands in de secundaire school en in het volwassenonderwijs sinds 2012. Voor elk niveau (starter – gemiddeld – gevorderde) voorzie ik een aangename en uitdagende les.

Via mijn aanpak op maat geef ik een oplossing voor de specifieke noden en vraag van elke cursist(e)/student(e). De noden liggen op verschillende niveaus: op een niveau van competenties (spreken, luisteren, schrijven) maar ook op gevoelsniveau (bv. zelfvertrouwen om te spreken in het Nederlands). In mijn lessen begeleid ik de cursist(e)/student(e) in functie van zijn/haar noden: elke les is dus anders.

Ik woon in Leefdaal, dichtbij Tervuren (7 km) en op 10 km van Leuven en op 20 km van Brussel centrum.

Parler en public est une des choses les plus effrayantes pour les être humains. Pour certain•es, cela peut être extrêmement handicapant et entraver leur carrière.

Gérer son stress, contrôler sa voix lorsque l'on doit parler en public (dans une conférence, un webcast ou un webinaire), proposer des informations claires et bien structurées, cela peut représenter de fameux défis, en particulier aujourd'hui quand il faut faire cela en ligne.

Pour atteindre vos objectifs, je vous propose une approche holistique de la prise de parole en public car, pour faire passer un message, la forme et le contenu sont intimement liés.

Après quelques séances, vous vous sentirez plus confiant.e, plus convainquant.e. Vos interlocuteurs seront plus attentifs à l'information que vous voulez transmettre. Votre voix restera claire plus longtemps. Grâce à la gestion du stress, vous sentirez un grand regain d'énergie et de concentration.

Pour ce qui est de la forme, nous travaillerons notamment, la posture, la respiration, la modulation de la voix, le volume, la hauteur, l'intonation, et aussi le contact visuel, la gestuelle, les pauses, bref, ce que l'on appelle le "non verbal". Nous verrons également les éléments qui priment lors d'une présentation ou d'un échange sur l'Internet.

Et puis, si cela vous est utile, nous verrons les différentes façons de gérer votre stress. Nous établirons votre profil pour choisir les outils qui vous conviennent le mieux.

Enfin, si vous avez des échéances courtes (ou non), vous pourrez vous mettre en situation et, par exemple, préparer un entretien, une présentation, une conférence ou une réunion. Nous ferons des simulations qui vous permettront d'être en pleine possession de vos moyens et du contenu de votre intervention.

Ma méthode d'enseignement varie selon les attentes et le profil de la personne. De manière plus transversale, il s'agira d'abord d'être à l'écoute des préoccupations concernant l'exercice oral. Ensuite, après lecture des consignes académiques (s'il y en a), la structure des propos qui seront énoncés sera strictement délimitée par sections soit une section par diaporama de support, qu'il soit dynamique ou non. Par conséquent, aussi bien les propos que le support se réaliseront simultanément pour que la personne puisse construire progressivement la représentation matérielle de ses idées tout en étant guidé.
Pour se faire, tous les conseils relatifs aux supports tels que Prezi, Canva, PowerPoint etc seront inculqués.

Finalement, les compétences communicationnelles seront travaillées, dont notamment la diction, l'intonation et la richesse lexicale des propos. En outre, la communication non-verbale sera aussi minutieusement préparée afin de détendre la personne et ainsi convaincre plus aisément le public visé en donnant une série de conseils provenant de mes expériences.

Le processus de préparation se déroulera par étapes, qui seront fixées dès le premier cours. Elles feront toutes l'objet d'une correction avant la répétition finale.

Hello everyone and welcome to my English and or German lessons taught in group. I organise English and German lessons for children and teenagers and separately adult English group lessons (beginners to advanced). For children and teenagers, interactive activities are used as a way to motivate them, help them remember what they have learned in class and make sure they will be able to apply their language skills in real life context.
For the adults lessons, depending on what the students are willing to learn, we can have discussions based on the news, some grammar, writing... I am open to any suggestions, just tell me your needs and I am going to adapt the next lessons for you. If you wish to invite your friends and make a group with them, just let me know and I will allocate you a time slot.

For private English lessons, please have a look at my other advertisements. The German lessons are usually for beginners/ intermediate (exceptionally advanced levels in German can be organised only if there is a high-demand).
