Lesson Structure:

2. Technique Study: Breaking down 2-3 key moves with step-by-step instructions.
3. Drilling: Repetition to build muscle memory.
4. Positional Sparring (Optional): Applying the techniques in a controlled, low-intensity "live" scenario.

What to wear: If you don't have a Gi (the BJJ uniform), don't worry! You can wear standard gym clothes. I recommend leggings and a tight-fitting T-shirt or rashguard to avoid fingers getting caught in loose fabric.

Hi! I’m Nicole, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt based in Amsterdam. My mission is to help women become the strongest version of themselves—both on and off the mats.
I know how intimidating it can feel to start a martial art, especially in a male-dominated environment. That’s why I offer a safe, supportive, and no-ego space where you can learn at your own pace.
My Philosophy: More than just Grappling
I believe BJJ is the ultimate tool for personal growth. My coaching goes beyond just "learning moves"; it’s about:

• Body Confidence: Discovering your true physical potential and reclaiming your space.
