Trusted teacher: I hold a BMus in classical Music (voice and piano) from Goldsmiths University, London, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Vocal Studies from the Royal Welsh College of Music, for which I was awarded the Geraint Evans vocal scholarship to study with the world-renowned Opera singer Suzanne Murphy. I have been a professional opera singer for over 15 years, and have taught throughout London and the South East of England both privately and at specialist schools such as the Jasper Allen school for Performing Arts in London. I understand how daunting it can be to sing in front of someone - especially for the first time. Your voice is your own precious instrument. One that requires respect and care. My aim is to help you build self-confidence, find your voice, and express yourself through music. As your vocal teacher, I will help you to set goals that develop your unique instrument and bring out your own personality. We will work on building a solid technical foundation including breath control and voice placement (classical and pop)through all musical genres, from Madonna and Prince to Mozart and Sondheim. Everyone and anyone - all ages and ability are welcome! I'm based in Eaux-Vives. I also run a new non-audition adult choir on a Monday and Thursday evening.

I have been learning with Anne for almost 8 months now. I cannot even begin to thank Anne for her amazing teaching skills and how much she has helped me. I have struggled with French for years and I finally found a teacher who both pushed me but is also patient and accommodating to my needs. I was also hesitant at first to have an online teacher, but her teaching methods and skills actually made it easier that she was online, also in terms of managing my time and schedule with her, I did not feel that anything hindered my progress having her online. Her great personality and experience as a teacher overall further helped with my fear and difficulty in learning French, and having her as an online teacher. And finally, she has a great teaching structure and a curriculum and material (which was important for me) to provide for the student through structured classes, while taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of the student. Mouad

Mouad is a fantastic teacher. He has a very professional approach to what he is doing. He knows how to work with younger students. He can quickly position student's knowledge and has the flexibility to follow the required curriculum. He also knows how to build the confidence of the student himself what is extremely important in case of students who had bad experience with the subject in the past. Mouad communicates fluently in French and English. He is always on time and well prepared for classes. He also gives feedback after the lessons. We will definately continue classes with him. My son is making good progress in Mathematics while working with Mouad.
