The lessons will be tailored to you and will primarily focus on the practice of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation. If you would like to go deeper, we can also include banhas, pratyahara, chakra work, hormone yoga, raja yoga, or philosophy in practice with Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras or Hatha Yoga Pradipika. I also hold many courses for pregnant women and can offer you prenatal yoga as well.
The classes are designed for adults and young adults and can be conducted in Italian, German, or English.
N.B. A lesson after the first one lasts 45 minutes (and not 60 minutes) because I have more online lessons and need to take a short break between them. Thank you for your understanding :)
