All ages and levels are welcome!!! If your friends, family, partner or child have an interest in basketball please get in touch! I hold 1-1, and group sessions for children and adults in London. Sessions are usually between 1-3 hours and can be talored for your unique goals! I offer OUTDOOR and INDOOR training. I believe in having fun whilst pushing my students to be the best versions of themselves. We will work hard together to acheive your personal fitness and health goals. I have coached children and young adults fitness and basketball sessions for over 2 years. I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and love inspiring kids. I also intertwine this with general learning e.g. number games. I also have experience coaching adults. These sessions focus on refining fundamental skills to take to the competitive environment. Developing a more advanced skill set would be the next step. During an initial 30 minutes session we will form a plan and assess strongpoints, weakpoints and goals. If the idea is just to have lots of fun through fitness that is perfect too! During my sessions, I can combine various activites... ranging from running, skipping, basketball, games and any suggestions from yourself!
