Ce cours veut aider qui il veut apprendre à cuisiner avec simplicité et goût, plats "caserecci" (fait maison) de la tradition italienne et pas seulement.

The course and my method of teaching the language are based on a communicative approach: the student will learn the language gradually by using it and communicating in a real language and not abstract.
