Yoga is a way to reconnect – via breath, movement and posture. It is a way to restart and see things fresh and as they are. By getting to know your body and softly learning to work with it, with yoga you will find new realms, new viewpoints, restfulness and energy flow.

Whether a beginner or experienced, classes are designed for you at where you are. You will learn things you can practice on your own, as consistency in key.

Über mich
Since young days I had inner enquiries about the embodiment of being, wanting to understand how it really works, more than is told by parents or the school system. After studying music and graduating in audiovisual arts a strong call for deep connection to the Mother Nature including that of human being brought me traveling places away from cites eventually getting to yoga practice and studies, and soon later entering the world of bodywork art.

In my young days I studied classical piano and completed the music school of eight years. I sang in the chorus afterwards until university later where I graduated in audiovisuals. Music and sound has always been a part of my path which eventually led me to more spiritual studies as well as practice. That made much sense to me, having a practice and dedicating it to something higher is big.
