This class explores Laban fundamentals to develop movement ability and application, providing an understanding of the influential movement system and how it can enhance your physicality and performance. We can work on a full understanding of the Laban system or actor movement coaching for specific work. Extensive experience teaching with organisations such as LSDA and Central School of Speech and Drama.

Contemporary and Creative movement. Each class is designed to fit the individual/s attending. I have extensive experience teaching Movement and Dance to participants of all ages, with prestigious organisations such as Siobhan Davies and The Place. Dance is creative and/or contemporary, for mobility, strength, flexibility, expression, and enjoyment. We explore technique, creativity, and expressivity. The class encourages mindfulness and focus on the body, building proprioception and awareness.
