The drums are an instrument that has become essential to many musical genres. Tabla is an Indian Drum. I teach traditional style to beginners to advanced level students. I am a Ph.D holder in Tabla and I am a disciple of Ustad Ilmas Husain Khan of Lucknow Tabla Gharana and I was tabla teacher in University of Visual and Performing Arts in Sri Lanka .

I am a professional drummer with two recognised UK bands and currently represented by acclaimed industry professionals. I currently live in Paris and offer tutoring in all levels, specialising in finding your own style although I am more than happy to teach someone who has never picked up a pair of drumsticks before. I've been a drummer for almost 20 years now, and I've graduated from both Brussels Royal Conservatory of Music (classical percussion) and Mons Royal Conservatory of Music (pedagogy). I've been teaching percussion, the drums and music theory for a little more than 4 years now. My students are always the real actors of my courses. No matter what instrument you are learning, be it percussion, the drums, marimba, vibraphone, or music theory, I always pay close attention to your personal goals, and together we devise a unique learning plan that adapts to your strengths as well as your weaknesses. My courses are aimed at anyone who is willing to put effort into learning music; children or adults, complete beginners or more advanced players who wish to receive additional feedback and insight. Having followed training and courses throughout my life (conservatory, schools ...), I am passionate and dedicated to sharing all of my experience with you. I practice in many music groups and other structures (schools, associations ...). With more than 20 years of experience in drums and more than 10 years in percussion, I teach many musical genres (jazz through Latin music, pop, hip hop, rock, hard, punk, metal ..) , the double pedal, notions of music theory, rhythmic reading. Possibility of taking percussion lessons (darbuka, bongos, African djembe, congas, jaw harp, dhol). The programs are directly inspired by internationally recognized methods, thus being able to adapt to the needs, levels and requirements of each individual.
