I am currently an A level student doing maths, chemistry, and biology with predicted grades of A*A*A*. I achieved 12A* at GCSES (eight grade 9s) and have experience tutoring family friends. Now want to use my skills and knowledge to help others achieve high grades at GCSE. Can tutor maths, chemistry, and biology as well as history, geography, and English literature.

I like to go through the specification of the subject in question, going through each and every spec point. By using this method I ensure that every possible corner of the subject is covered and nothing is left out, and it has proven successful for me. After teaching the knowledge and ensuring the student understands everything, we then attempt past paper questions to imitate the exam conditions, help the student's application of knowledge during exams and improve the student's overall exam technique.

While it may seem like a pretty methodical approach, I am always sure to tailor my methods to the student's individual needs, for no two students are the same. Any specific needs will be met and by the end of the session, all the student's questions will have been answered, leaving no room for confusion.

I have been tutoring students for a couple of years now, doing it as my volunteering section for my DofE award and then for family friends and others. Over these years my experience of working with students has grown a lot and I have experimented different tutoring techniques on my younger siblings to perfection. I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
