I offer Finnish grammar, conversation and YKI-testi preparation classes. All my classes are custom-made for your level, needs and wants. I will provide all the materials needed in our lessons and will be happy to take

I teach all levels, beginners from a book and more advanced speakers with just talking. However if you wish to learn from your own material or in a different way, I am open to everything.

GRAMMAR LESSONS;
.... and by real I mean: grammar, exercises, listening exercises, writing, talking, homework.. All that fun stuff in one package! ;)
I will provide you all learning material, which we will follow to have good structure in our learning plan. The book will be our main base for learning but of course I will happily teach you whatever else it is that you want to learn as well. Even though we will be learning from the book, I will also be teaching you the spoken language.
If you have your own material/way of learning that you would rather do, that works as well.

CONVERSATION LESSONS; we will talk, talk and talk, so it's gonna be fun!
If you're still in the beginner level but want conversation lessons, I will be happy to help. I will adjust the topic and my speaking speed to your level.

YKI-TESTI PREPARATION; class will be focused on the speaking part of the test. If you want to practise writing as well I can assign you writing homework which we will check in the beginning of the next class.

I will do my best teaching and explaining you whatever it is that you want/need to learn, but some grammatical explanations might be better to learn with a professional teacher.

I'm Sabrin, a half Finnish half Lebanese chick who was born and raised in Finland. I'm 25 years old. Teaching online allows me to do what I love the most; TRAVEL! I've been on and off travelling since I was 16. That's how I met my boyfriend, who is Japanese! I was backpacking in South America, which was one my favourite trips ever. I love travelling, singing, San Francisco, chocolate, shopping, nails, cats, Netflix, laughing, Spanish music... I love to learn new things, and teach new things. At the moment I'm learning to be a life coach, learning Spanish and learning to do nails. :)

I have nearly 2 years of experience teaching Finnish online and I have taught students from complete beginners to very advanced speakers. It warms my heart to see my students improve. As a teacher I am fun, but warm and patient. I want to push you to be a better speaker, but not to push you too hard. I want to create a relaxed and supportive atmosphere where you don't need to be afraid of making mistakes, and where you can feel confident.

TECHNOLOGIES AT THE SERVICE OF LEARNING.

My name is Laurie and I am an independent FLE teacher, graduated in French and Romance Languages and Literature since 2012. I have eight years of experience under my belt (abroad and in Belgium). I created a learning method for online courses. I have been preparing students for the DELF, DALF, TCF, FIDE, admission exams, etc. for several years.

The course includes:
-The material (articles, videos, exercises based on images and texts, grammatical theory, links to the exercises, etc.). I use google doc, so the ideal is to have a gmail address to be able to access it.
-Correction of exercises outside the course (written expressions are corrected outside the course, or with the student, depending on their needs).
-Access to an application (free) to study vocabulary on your smartphone.
-A vocabulary sheet - pronunciation - grammar/conjugation, sent after each lesson.
-If necessary, a recording of the vocabulary (for beginners).
-Carrying out online exercises and tests based on the vocabulary sheets sent.
-Motivation, laughter, good humor :-)

My method:
-It is oral based.
-For grammar, I use a particular method which allows oral structures to be automated.
-We work on pronunciation with the verbotonal method (exercises to pose your voice, for rhythm, etc.). I might even make you sing! :-)
-Everything goes through the oral before going through the writing but I obviously adapt to the needs of the students.
-The course is a little different for children and teenagers: I use interactive games and cards via the webcam.

At the same time, I teach the grammar rules to the student. I now live in regions where French has been spoken for over 30 years.
