I'm a passionate Brazilian English teacher with 9 years of teaching experience (kids, teens and adults)
Working in a communicative English course has granted me with the ability adapting different strategies to meet the necessities of each individual, respecting their ways of learning and encouraging them to explore their potential.
To my mind, a reflective kind of teaching would be the most efficient one. In other words, thinking and preparing oneself before and after class is the way I found to help students the most.

Reggarding my experience as a teacher, it all started at University where I was a teacher assistant responsible for helping students with their difficulties, creating and correcting exercises as well as monitoring and managing an online forum. I have to admit my intention was never working with teaching since I didn't considered myself to have all the necessary skills. Nevertheless, once I started noticing that my work was helping other students, I became passionate about it.
Reggarding my experience as a teacher, it all started at University where I was a teacher assistant responsible for helping students with their difficulties, creating and correcting exercises as well as monitoring and managing an online forum. I have to admit my intention was never working with teaching since I didn't considered myself to have all the necessary skills.
