Dance and yoga classes for all ages and technique levels

I specialize in teaching dance classes in the technique styles of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hiphop, Modern, and Contemporary. My goal is to keep students active and moving during quarantine in the time of COVID-19. My classes will start off warming up and stretching then moving to the combination that I plan to teach. Every class will be similar but involving different combinations. This class will vary in technique levels from beginner to advanced but every class will be very relaxed and not stressful.

I am a dance teacher who has been teaching for 7 to 8 years in all styles of dance not exclusive to Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Hip hop, Musical Theatre and Yoga.
I am pursuing my Bachelor of Arts in Dance and English Literature with a minor in Theatre. I love teaching classes of all styles.

I am a cardiovascular patient and working my way through life. I have travelled all over Asia to expand my knowledge and have learned to grow in Yoga by living and teaching mainly in India, Nepal & Thailand.

La danse orientale Raqs Sharqi (le terme « danse du ventre » est considéré comme réducteur, il a été donné à l’époque de Napoléon en Égypte, sachant que Raqs Sahrqui signifie en Egypte même « danse orientale ») est originaire d’Égypte et est surtout présente au Proche-Orient et au Maghreb; elle est dansée essentiellement par des femmes et s’est développée dans le monde entier.
La danse tonifie le corps et muscle le dos et vous laisse de bonne humeur.

I’ve been doing gymnastics for 8 years now , flexibility is my thing since I won many competitions in rhythmic gymnastics , played with the Moroccan national team and won the Moroccan championship in 2019 .

Rhythmic gymnasts are very known by their amazing flexibility and body control , they have some of the best tips and exercises to improve flexibility .

So if you want to become flexible ,
learn how to do the split or something else , or simply feel better in your body this course can help you a lot !!

I am Hend a dance instructor from Egypt, I teach bellydance and was an assistant instructor for salsa dancing in Latin love studios in Egypt.

I am keen on presenting a tailored workshop specifically designed for a non-Arabic demographic. Leveraging my rich Egyptian heritage and extensive background in dance instruction, I envision crafting an engaging course that not only showcases the beauty of belly dance but also serves as a cultural immersion experience.

More than a practice, yoga is a lifestyle that heals, cares for and strengthens the
