My classes are different depending on your level and age.

With children from 7 to 12, we start by doing easy vocalization and start training the ear with intonation, we then have fun singing your favorite songs.

With teenagers, I also start with some vocalization, a little more elaborate. Depending on the student's capabilities, we start establishing a comfortable range for them and then proceed to singing.

For my older students ideally, I divide our lesson into 2 sections. We work on respiration and how the diaphragm works. We do scales and arpeggios and work on intonation. We then proceed to singing and putting into practice our technique. Some students might need more technique before they actually sing, I like to take things slowly and make sure the student feels confident and comfortable singing.

I teach children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to more advanced. Classical training enables you to sing in any kind of way, so don’t hesitate and let’s sing!

I am lyric soprano with coloratura from Sydney (Australia) and Vicenza (near Venice, Italy). I started performing on stage at the of 13, and ever since I never stopped. I went to music school and then went to the conservatory of Verona here in Italy where I got my degree in Opera Singing. I also studied for a year at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles where I learnt french and expanded my repertoire. I then went to perfection my instrument in two of the most prestigious opera accademies in Italy, the Accademia d’arte lirica di Osimo and the Accademia Chigiana. I studied with famous singers such as Raina Kabaivanska (La Scala in Milan), William Matteuzzi, Ernesto Palacio (singer and director of Rossini Opera Festival), Vincenzo De Vivo (artistic director of Teatro delle muse di Ancona) and many others. I had my debut very young on stage in Rigoletto by Verdi, in the Teatro Pergolesi of Jesi. For many years I have been having concerts around Italy and teaching students simultaneously. I sang Pamina from Mozart’s die Zauberflöte, Zerlina from Don Giovanni and will I soon sing Gretel in Berlin from Hänsel und Gretel by Humperdinck. My repertoire includes roles from Rossini, italian belcanto repertoire and Verdi.

My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education.
My experience runs mostly in early and chamber music, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals.
As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborated with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs.

I teach you to read the scores with your voice. We are going to learn to sing scales, arpeggios and intervals, and to identify them on the staff to read them. We will also see what is the key signature, the tones and the modes. As everything is sung, we will detach the two mechanisms: the chest voice and the head voice, and we will tune the ear.
