I am a native Russian speaker, born and raised in Russia, and currently living in Prague. I moved here when I was 18 and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anglo-American University in Prague.
During my school years, I attended a language-focused gymnasium, where I developed a deep love for languages. I successfully passed my high school state exam with an excellent score of 98/100.
As a Russian tutor, I’m passionate about helping students learn to speak, read, and write in Russian no matter their current level. I currently provide online lessons, which allows me to work with students from all over the world. I tailor each class to fit my students’ goals and preferences, making sure every lesson is engaging and effective.
Learning a new language takes time and dedication, but I’ll do my best to make your Russian learning experience enjoyable, effective, and motivating.

As a teacher of Russian and English with years' of experience, I love my job because it allows me to see people's progress in learning new languages as well as their eminent success!
What's the most important thing for me as a teacher? I guess it is to find an individual approach to everyone. My goal is to make a lesson as efficient and entertaining as possible. Engaging tasks that encourage students to be focused on their goal to speak, understand and use the language is a must! Moreover, I cannot ignore various cultural aspects hence include interesting discussions on culture and history since it is also highly important when learning a language.

This class is open to students of all levels. Whether you are only starting to learn the wild-looking letters of the Cyrillic alphabet, or whether you are looking to practise your written and spoken Russian, I would be delighted to accompany you at any stage of your Russian-learning journey. For more advanced students, I would be happy to help you get to know one of the most defining aspects of the Russian language, namely its novels and poetry, which would be a great way to learn about the 'mysterious' Russian soul.

I believe that studying in three different countries have allowed me to try out and assess various approaches to education in general and teaching languages in particular - from the rigourous Russian system based on ensuring that the students will obtain exceptional spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation skills, to the more relaxed yet more critical and analytical Western approach, focused on problem-solving and independent work.

My name is Victor and I live in Valencia, I have a lot of experience working as a teacher, I have done that for 30 years, have taught in different languages, such as Russian, English, Italian, Swedish, French, German, and of course my own language Spanish. I can write, speak and understand Swedish well.
