My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way.

What I like about teaching:
I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my
students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. In my classes I like to hold space for my students to experiment, discover their strength and to overcome fears.

I overcame stage fear by learning how to breathe optimally, how to prepare psychologically and through basic yoga exercises (I have been practicing for 30 years).

In 1998, I started giving classes in Bucharest and replacing and supporting the Integral Yoga classes of Dr. Indrasenji, Yogacharya of Vivekananda Kendra, India.

I will prepare concrete exercises for you according to your current needs.

You can do this in my class:
- Warm-up, stretching, sun salutation (Surya Namaskhar), yoga postures, beginner and intermediate level
- Breathing exercises.
- Music therapy, mantras on vowels and consonants to develop the voice.
If you wish, the course can also take place in a group.
I am a musician and I apply yoga and these principles in my professional life as well.

Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance 500 hours of which i had 200 hours of training in Yin Yoga with different teachers of which Michelle Finch who learnt Yin Yoga directly from Paul Grilley.
Yin yoga adresses the more yin part of our body, parts that are closest to our core (such as bones, joints, ligaments and tendons). These parts need to be worked in a yin way with an attitude of quiet acceptance. So poses in yin yoga are always holded for a long time (average 4 to 6 minutes). This helps to maintain the health of connective issues.
Yin yoga also works on our meridiens and thus help with increasing the flow of energy in our body.
Last but not least, it helps balance the Yin Yang aspects of ourselves and develop a mindful state for meditation practice.

Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes.

Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD.
