Writing media essays are a skill you’ll need if you’re looking to choose media as a BTEC or if your currently doing it, media branches out into so many areas but I’d like to focus on magazine and film as they are the ones a lot of schools tend to teach

Media isn’t just all about essays and writing there’s a massize practical element to it and in this course I’d love to give you mini assignments to complete just to help your understanding about how media works and to show you what exactly you can do and how you can impact audiences, assignments can range from making a music video to creating a magazine cover, all the practical work done will then be used to support you mini media essays so you have an understanding about what exactly you need to do to get the highest grades

By becoming aware of your spontaneous mental and semantic associations, you will gradually be able to build a personal methodology which starts from your artistic practice and which corresponds to both your sensitivity and your cognitive imprint.

- Exercises in mental/semantic associations (how to produce creative and meaningful syntheses?).

- and on request, an introduction to textual analysis techniques.

This course is aimed at any artist or student engaged in research-creation and in the preparation of a Master's thesis, in pre-doctoral preparation or in doctoral studies.

Being trilingual Arabic / French / English, the language spoken during the accompaniment will be the one you choose.
