Présentation

My name is Benjamin. I study Mathematics at VUB university in Brussels and am about to start the third year of my bachelor’s degree. Before I began my university degree, I was homeschooled my whole life, and in my last two years of secondary I completed the british A levels, achieving top grades including Mathematics (A*) and Further Mathematics (A).

I’m passionate about helping students grow in confidence and succeed in mathematics. I’ve worked a lot with children and teenagers and have a fairly good understanding of the steps needed to improve grades and perform better on exams.
I have nine siblings. In my family, I am the only one that studies maths, so whenever anybody has a maths-related question, I'm the one that will do the explaining.

I live in Belgium and am fluent in both English and Dutch, thanks to my British–Belgian background.

My teaching style is patient and flexible, but at the same time clear, structured, and focused on getting things done — I don’t waste time and always work toward real progress and better results. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level and needs, always encouraging a clear understanding of the material. Whether you’re struggling with the basics or aiming to excel, I can help you reach your goals.

Since I am still only a student, I'm very keen to extend my teaching experience.
