About Me

I am a very experienced instructor and proficient in English and Greek, I have studied in both countries and lived too. I provide step by step guide for my students to learn a new language and I am very patient and successful. I speak also french and dutch in a basic level cause I learn them since I arrived in Brussels.

I am a professional clarinetist graduated with distinction at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels (Master Degree in Clarinet) and holding a Bachelor Diploma from the Music Conservatory of Valencia (Spain). Currently I am studying for a Master's Degree in Bass Clarinet, so we can combine both instruments in my lessons.

I teach students of all ages and levels. In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes.

On top of playing, I can also offer lessons on harmony, form analysis and counterpoint that focus on understanding the structure of music. My lessons will already include many different aspects of the music being taught but there is the option of focusing the theoretical or the practical.

Hello! I’m Ghazal, a clarinetist and improviser, specialized in both modern and historical clarinets. I teach students of all ages and levels in Gent and Brussels – from complete beginners to advanced players – and help them grow as musicians.
