I've been teaching modern Greek as well as Ancient Greek to adult expats and students of international schools in Athens and abroad(Dubai)for over 20 years, helping them to communicate fluently in Greek and succeed in the exams for the Proficiency Certification in Greek language! I'm a Bachelor's degree holder and have been working also as a freelance interpreter.
I've been teaching also English as a second language for 20 years. I"ve worked in a primary school in Great Britain, following a scholarship I received from the Greek State Fund and participated in the school's unit for children with special language disorders since I'm qualified in teaching students withspecial learning difficulties such as dyslexia. I have extensive experience in teaching English and preparing students for all diplomas and certifications of Michigan and Cambridge Universities and I have also worked in the most established foreign language school, EURODIASTASI as a teacher and as a director of studies. I am a graduate of the Kapodistrian University, Department of French Language and Literature, associate of the international teaching certificate TESOL/TEFL as well as the teaching diploma of CAMBRIDGE university. My lesson is organized and very efficient. My students achieve their goals easily and quickly!

We'll do together a short screening test so as to check the level of your competency and understanding of Greek or English ,we'll engage in easy everyday short conversational phrases and continue building on how to
respond as well as actively listen and communicate firstly on casual everyday situations before moving to more business and formal use of Greek language.
My lessons are designed to enhance your understanding, build your confidence, and equip you with the tools you need to achieve fluency in Greek. With a focus on practical conversation and real-life situations, I will help you develop your speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, all while immersing you in the language and culture.
Of course, I'll be providing all the educational material which you can revise at home, at any time in addition to some written and listening material which will help you establish what you have been taught. Keeping in mind that your life and career schedule can be quite overwhelming though, we'll be working together mostly in an intensive but fun way ,making the best out of our in person classes.

I am going to explain everything and show you tricks and tips on how to get better- in speaking,writing,reading.
Regarding young learners,I'll be using fun and engaging ways, such as gamification methods, in order to approach young students and ensure their progress through an entertaining and effective way.

I am also a certified yoga and tai chi teacher, helping my students with difficulty concentrating and distractibility through specialized exercises. I have been teaching Greek as a foreign language for many years to expats and students from INTERNATIONAL schools for the acquisition of language proficiency certification. I help primary school children and high school children study. I also teach French and prepare candidates for the Delf diploma of the French Institute of Athens. The most significant part of course is my love and respect for my students and their psyche in the educational process as I have attended Waldorf system pedagogy courses.

I have worked extensively with people who had myosceletical problems, senior people as well, and have conducted numerous yoga,tai chi and massage sessions and workshops in Pelion,under the auspices of Angelinis- Angelinis- Hadjinikou foundation for 10 years. I have also conducted many wellbeing sessions helping people to cope with stress,anxiety ,fatigue and insomnia issues as well as to alleviate the symptoms of chemotherapy treatments , using nutrition and supplements as well as breathing techniques ,yoga and tai chi kung practices.
Furthermore, I have worked with young children and teenagers as I am also a Certified English teacher,integrating yoga and tai chi techniques to help children with special language disorders and ADHD.

I'm a near native speaker in English and speak also French and Spanish on a conversational level.
