Hello, dear friends!
Music is a unique language that helps us express our feelings and emotions. In my lessons, we will learn to “speak” this language through drumming.

Depending on your level here is what we’ll focus on:
• Learning drum rudiments — the “alphabet” of the drumming language
• Improving your technique, so your movements are confident and precise
• Developing improvisation, so you can freely create and express yourself behind the drum kit

And of course, we’ll play your favorite songs! This will make learning not only useful but also incredibly fun.

My teaching approach depends on each student's goals. We can start with simple rhythms right away or dive deeper into technique, rudiments, and coordination. Then, we move on to playing your favorite songs, which helps you play with more awareness and ease.

From the first lesson, I show students that anyone can play the drums! I always aim to have my students play a simple rhythm along with music on day one.

What I love most is seeing progress — it's incredibly rewarding to watch students grow and get better.

If you struggle with speed or you start playing, good technique is very important. A badly learned technique is also difficult to learn later.
You get to know the drum set inside and out, the different types of sticks, the tuning of your drum kit, the choice of sheets and cymbals.

The lessons take place at the student's home.

Together we look at what you want to achieve and how we approach it.

Warmup, polyrhythms, groove, solo, different styles, double bass, double Hi-hat, wide applications, progressive music, deduction, analysis, reading, interpreting, composing, circus motions and back sticking, endurance, notes.

My teaching will depend on the student: whether they would like to specialize in certain instrument(s) or styles or become an all-round percussionist who is not afraid to dive in wherever music takes them. I think it's best for consistent development to have a plan with a goal in mind. Where do you want to be in 10 years? How to get there? What do we need to do for it each year, each month, and each week? At the beginning of each lesson, I would like to listen to what the student has prepared, and from there, we will figure out what steps are needed to make it even better.

I will help you reach your goals in drumming, we together go trough a plan on what you want to learn and then we set up goals and I will help you reach those goals. whatever it is for hobby playing or professional playing. My years in as a hired drummer in the music business has taught me how to work in this environment and how you land the gig of your dreams.

I have been a professional drummer for 15 years. I have recorded several albums and played with different bands such as Deathstars, Reach, Truckfighters, Adrenaline Rush, Palace etc . I also have been touring and playing festivals with loads of bands all over the world. My goal has always been to show that the drummer should not always just be in back. The drummer should be as fun to watch and hear play as the rest of the band. So if you are interested in learning to play drums, the showmanship behind it and how you work in a band and projects.
