If taught the right way, Math is the easiest subject on the map whether it's algebra, geometry, calculus, etc. It is completely based on logic and analytical abilities which can be built and enhanced over time. Students don't need to memorize anything whether it is formulae or theorems.

Since I recently finished my undergraduate degree, I am familiar with the struggles students face while studying Mathematics. However, during my schooling and graduation, I was lucky to be taught by professors who made the subject extremely easy and comprehensible.

I appeared for the GRE exam and got a 169/170 in the quantitative section. I had a CGPA of 10/10 in 10th grade and a 96% in Maths in 12th grade. I also went through vigorous training for the IIT-JEE examination and excelled at JEE Mains.

So, If you have any kind of fear of the subject or if appearing for a math examination induces nervousness, I can completely turn that around since I was in that position myself around 14 years ago. I teach at a comfortable pace depending on the student's learning power and ensure that the student gets enough practice.

For me, teaching has always been about motivating the student and trying to figure out how he/she is processing the contents. It is easy to apply a grammatical rule or mathematical theorem but it is difficult to grasp the concept in-depth. That is my focus. There are multiple ways to approach a question but my goal is to develop enough understanding in the student so that he/she can figure out the best possible way and apply it in the first attempt.

I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I have been giving private mathematics lessons daily for over ten years.
