My name is Arisa, I am 33 years old. I have studied French here in Amsterdam and I have worked as a French Language teacher for several years.

Currently I'm running a freelance business called Pidgin Tutoring, where I specialise in Dutch. I have also worked as a Dutch Language Teacher at Lycée Francais Vincent van Gogh in Amsterdam where I've worked with children in the age of 2-4 years old.

My main goal is to help my students improve their Dutch and to pass all of their exams. And to prove that learning these languages can be fun :)

Hello futur student,

As a child I always liked to read and to write. As a child I also knew that I really wanted to learn French. During my life I have vistited France many times and I simply fell in love with this language. You could say that the french language and languages in general are my passion. While I was studying at the university of Amsterdam, I also took courses on Italian and Spanish. In the future I would like to study Turkish and Arabic. Languages are so important to connect with other people and to discover so many new things. Let's study together!

I am a Belgian (Flemish) and French student with a Masters in International Public Law (Amsterdam) and a Masters in Global development (University of Copenhagen). I worked at "bijlesthuis," a Dutch tutoring institution, where I primarily taught French, Dutch, and English to adult learners seeking to improve their language skills. During the same period, I also provided classes to other students through Apprentus.

2021:
Through Apprentus and other websites, I assisted several younger students (ages 5-15) in Bern and Geneva, helping them improve their skills in subjects such as Maths and French.

2017-2020:
I worked for three years at a tutoring institution in Geneva called ARA, where I primarily taught French, Mathematics, and English.

During this time, I also spent two years working at a private school called Florimont, where I supported students aged 11-16 across various subjects by assisting them with their homework.
