China is a country with a long history and promoting future. Nowadays an increasing number of students are learning Chinese not only for fun, but for future study, work and communication. This course aims to introduce the critical Chinese history period, events and analyze Chinese popular cultures by English and Chinese. Students can acquire Chinese language by communicative learning with interesting context, boosting their interest in China and Chinese reality.
