Yoga is offered for all levels and ages 7-seniors. Breathwork, Sun salutation, stretch, Meditation. Chair yoga is also offered as a gentle practice option. Certified and 200-Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. This class caters to the individual needs of the student.

Ballet for all levels. Ages 7&up. Former Professional Dancer/ Principal Dancer. Master of Fine Arts degree. Experienced. After a career as Principal Dancer with an internationally renowned national ballet company, I pursued my Master of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance and Choreography at New York University, thereafter having had the privilege of working in various ballet companies, schools, and universities in the USA and abroad. I have had experience in all aspects of dance administration and leadership in the professional company, conservatory, and higher education/academia.
