I teach to build perfection and a rock-solid foundation in this sacred art (both pandhanallur + Kalakshetra style) . My approach is interactive and nurturing, helping children connect deeply with Bharathanatyam through the history and divine stories essential for soulful performance.
Course Structure
BEGINNER LEVEL: Building the Foundation ( starts with exercises)
* Practical Mastery: We cover basic Adavus up to Alarippu.
* Rhythmic Training: Understanding Talam (rhythmic beats) from the very beginning.
* Theory: Mastery of Asamyuktha and Samyuktha Hastas, Shiro, Drusthi, and Greeva Bhedas.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL:
* Focused training on Alarippu and Jathiswaram Adavus.
* Complex Talam structures for Jathiswaram and Alarippu.
* Learning Padha, Bhramari, and Chari Bhedas.
* Introduction to Shabdham.
ADVANCED LEVEL:
* Complete mastery margam (sequence) , preparing students for professional stages and university examinations in Bharathanatyam.
