Italian language and cuisine courses, two areas that are apparently in antithesis but which "synthesize" my passion for both theory and practice. For the language I qualified through study (three-year degree in philosophy) and for cooking I trained with experience and necessity (I came to Switzerland in search of "fortune" and found work in this sector).
