As distance learning is growing fast worldwide, people are getting used to online classes and a wide variety of skills are introduced virtually. Although it is sometimes farfetched to learn some sports and exercises online, yoga is one of those exercises which can be taught online easily. Because to practice yoga, you just a mat or sometimes yoga blocks and belt. Also, yoga postures are changed slowly one after another during the exercise and learners' injury risk will decrease during the online class, and the teacher has adequate time to accurate the learner's posture and breathing.
