About Me
I’m a professional dancer from Japan, experienced in both classical and contemporary dance. I have performed as a soloist with Cape Town City Ballet, Ballett Vorpommern, Bordeaux National Opera, and the National Ballet of Ireland. I am currently freelancing and based in Berlin.I teach ballet from beginner to advanced levels, to both students and adults. I offer private coaching for classical variations and contemporary pieces, with a focus on deepening technique through body awareness and joy of movement. I also teach contemporary dance up to an intermediate level, with an emphasis on presence, fluidity, and personal expression.
My classes are more than just about technique—they are invitations to return to the present moment, to discover the power and beauty that already exists within each of us. Whether you are a dancer or a beginner, I hope to support you in unlocking your potential and finding confidence through movement.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO.
Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract.
My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia.
