I am from Taiwan, Formosa where Mandarin Chinese is an official language using traditional Chinese words.

I learned Chinese as a foreign language at the National Taiwan University, an institution where they do the practice and research of Chinese as a foreign language very deeply, which gives training to Taiwanese students who want to be a Chinese language teacher at school. foreigners as well as foreign students who want to learn the Chinese language in a short time in a very effective way.

My teaching style is always warm, lively and dynamic. I have one year of experience teaching Chinese to beginners, advanced foreign students in Geneva, and 7 years of experience giving the Spanish course via Zoom online.

For beginner students, I will use French and Chinese at the same time, slowing down the speaking speed (if it's Chinese); for advanced students I will use 100% Chinese, in case there is any problem I will explain in French in a very easy to understand way.

Both Traditional and Simplified Chinese characters are available, along with Taiwanese phonetic notation (Zhuyin) and Chinese Pinyin.

There will be homework to do in order to progress well and know how to write the Chinese word.

As I am passionate about early childhood education, I have been dedicated to this field since 2016. I also took my Montessori educator courses for 3-6 year olds in Geneva in 2021-2022. Since then, I have integrated this pedagogy into my teaching because it is a natural method that truly respects the rhythm of each child and responds to the sensitive periods of language. There are many visual and auditory preparations, physical, intellectual and psychological preparations so that the child can read and write fluently and naturally.

I founded an association in Geneva in 2023 to create an immersive, rich and fun environment in Chinese for children, mainly those aged 3 to 6. We currently have 20 children, and each of them takes full advantage of this environment.

I also have quite a bit of experience with adults and teenagers. I was a Chinese teacher at ESIC University, the best business and marketing university in Spain. I also worked in several language academies.

I prepare the lessons according to the student's interests always including the culture, which is inseparable from the Chinese language. Students can use what they learn in the real situation I propose.
