Each lesson includes three key stages:

Preparation: Before the lesson, you will receive input to get you ready for the session.
==> You will receive guidance on which listening and reading exercises to complete before each lesson, to help you familiarize yourself with English/ Dutch vocabulary.

Engagement: During the lesson, you will actively engage with the material and participate in learning activities.
==> The exercises focus on the lessons' topic and include real-time guidance and feedback, explaining and practicing the functional grammar and language structures relevant to the topic.

Reinforcement: After the lesson, you will consolidate your learning with follow-up exercises.
==> You will complete around 3 written assignments during the course. I will provide you with personalized written feedback on your work.

I've lived in various European countries. Although I speak Dutch, English and French fluently today, it took time to achieve this level, so I understand the challenges of learning a new language.
I'm flexible in adapting to each student's needs, whether it's focused conversation practice, customized exercises, or adjusting the pace to be faster or slower. When possible, I select materials based on the interests of my students to connect the useful with the enjoyable.

My name is Floriane, I am 23 years old and I live in Strasbourg. After a literary CPGE and a Bachelor's degree in English, I am currently a student in Master MEEF 1st Degree where I prepare the contest of teacher of the schools.

I have a lot of experience in teaching. Apart from my internships in kindergarten and CP as part of my master's degree, I also gave all-subjects support courses to a dyslexic student in 5th and 4th grade, French baccalaureate preparation courses to a student of first S, English lessons for children and adults and beginner German lessons for non-French speaking adults (Chinese, English).

I am caring, responsible, creative, patient and pedagogue. I always make sure that my students are involved in their learning.

All my grandmothers are Turkish Literature teachers so I have grown in an environment full of our language's gifts and mysteries.
Of course while learning you will also be a lot more familiar with our culture, who says we can't do mind-travel in quarantine!
