Hi! I’m Caleb, I am from Sant Lucia and have lived in many places around the world but I am excited to now live in Barcelona!

I am a professional violist and dedicated music educator with a deep passion for helping musicians grow and succeed. My musical journey has taken me from my early beginnings in St. Lucia, to performing on some of the world’s most prestigious stages, including Carnegie Hall. I perform in many festivals abroad and with professional ensembles, I’ve toured internationally and collaborated with renowned artists, gaining invaluable experience that I bring to my teaching.

I tailor my lessons to meet each student’s unique goals:
• For beginners, I create a supportive and engaging environment to build a strong foundation and instill a love for music.
• For intermediate players, I focus on refining technique, enhancing musical expression, and exploring more challenging repertoire.
• For those aiming to enter or advance in competitions, I provide expert guidance on preparation, interpretation, and stage presence, drawing from my own experiences as a competition winner.

Since the beginning of my artistic violin studies at the Higher Conservatory of Music in Würzburg, Germany, I discovered teaching as my passion and worked as a violin teacher teaching children, teenagers and adults of all levels, both beginners and advanced.
Violin classes and masterclasses with various teachers and professors have given me a lot of experience in terms of different techniques and ways of working.

The most important thing for me is to convey the joy of making music through violin performance, to encourage my students to overcome their limitations, as well as to teach them a technique that is as natural as possible.

Step by step you will learn to listen
finely and attentively, perceive your body awareness, develop a beautiful sound, and practice independently.

I speak English, German, Russian and I try to improve my Spanish every day :)
