Mathematics lessons (Analysis, Algebra, etc. all levels)

Currently in my second year of a Bachelor in Bioengineering at EPFL, I offer tutoring from middle school to highschool level in maths, biology and chemistry. I also offer help to prepare for tests and exams. I practice these classes daily and I always had excellent grades in them. I am also used to helping struggling students. I mainly work with problem solving to understand where the difficulties come from and work on them with the student. It allows the student to develop an excellent understanding of the theory, as well as a nice inventory of classic problems, often asked during tests.

I mainly offer tutoring courses in mathematics and / or French 5th to 11th harmos. I also offer French classes for adults. I graduated from EPFL in Computer Science and worked for a school support school.

I am a student in Master SV at EPFL. I offer an individualized pedagogy on the needs of the student, whether in preparation for an exam or for follow-up throughout the year. I have a French Baccalaureate with honors, obtained in an International Section (English).

As a master's student at EPFL, I offer support courses to transmit my experience in mathematics, physics and biology. In 2017/2018, I was responsible for the two analysis courses (first and second semester) of students in mathematics at EPFL. I am responsible in 2018/2019 for the third year course "Sobolev spaces and elliptic partial differential equations". As a young person, I am aware of the difficulties encountered by students (concerning programs but also stress, and the difficulty of passing an exam). I also see students during exercise sessions as well as individually in my office for questions about the course etc. -I am aware of the requirements of the program, which is expected in these streams since I am responsible for the worksheets and exam correction. I took part in the writing of the exams for students studying engineering and mathematics and decided the scale. (followed by a consultation with teachers and other assistants for the courses with a large number of students, eg 180 for mechanical engineers). I would like to point out that these courses are not necessarily reserved for students in difficulty.

Having a Bachelor in Communication Systems from EPFL, I have solid knowledge in the subjects I teach. I will help you review your course, do your exercises, prepare for a test/exam or other, whether you are in primary school or university! I really enjoy providing help and working together to solve a problem. I have excelled everywhere for the past three years (average 5.8/6 on the Bachelor), been an assistant for several subjects at EPFL and given private lessons to students in the gymnasium. The students I have had in the past have characterized me as patient, attentive and a pedagogue. Often all it takes is a fresh eye to understand certain concepts!

Je propose aux élèves du cycle secondaire au gymnase un accompagnement individualisé centré sur les besoins de l'élève, que ce soit pour une préparation à un examen ou un suivi tout au long de l'année. Nous pourrions commencer pa revoir le cours pour être sur que tout soit bien compris. Puis, faire des exercices en lien avec le cours pour bien assimiler la matière. J'ai déjà été assistant/répétiteur auparavant, j'ai beaucoup apprécié enseigner et j'aimerais continuer cette expérience. Je peux m'adapter à tout âge.

I give private lessons for students who are in compulsory school. I am currently a student at the University of Lausanne. For the course, you can come directly to my house, it's quiet and we can work without any problem. There is also the possibility of doing the courses online if you prefer not to travel.
