About Me

Hello!

I am Natalia, and I have been tutoring throughout my academic career in different disciplines. It has always been a way for me to keep up with the subjects, as well as transfer my notes to the people who were struggling with a certain subject.

Now, I tutor because it is my belief that no one is "incapable" or "bad" at anything - especially at Maths and Stats. It is simply about finding the right approach. My goal is to try and unlock that approach for all of my students.

If you are looking for someone to help you look forward to tackling your classes, then I encourage you to get in touch - a solution may be just around the corner.

---

I also believe in the beauty of meaningful action and therefore have designed a small class on how to become a more meaningful gift giver and assist in finding the perfect gift for whoever is in your life.

My class 'The Art of Gifting' aims to impart this skill on others.

---

I ask all of my students to be active and engaged in their lessons, and keen to overcome any difficulties they may be having.

My daughters first lesson with Natalia and she really enjoyed her style of teaching.
Thanks for Apprentus to find this vert valuable tutor who was able to have my son’s attention and made Maths interesting for hin
Natalia was pleasant and extremely informative. My daughter Elise (14) is not very confident with people she doesn't know but Natalia was really great with her. Elise informed me that she was looking forward to the next session as Natalia really helped her understand something in the 1st session she had been struggling with at school.
I have been working with Natalia for quite a while now and I can say every class with her is enlightening, fun, and most importantly super helpful. I study Statistics with her, and it is not at all my strong suit, however, Natalia made it possible for me to pass courses that otherwise I would have not been able to pass. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is struggling or would like to improve.

With over 12 years of experience in tutoring Maths and English at different levels, my primary objective is to ensure that you not only grasp the material but also find it enjoyable and understand its practical applications. To achieve this, I will assign homework after each lesson to reinforce your learning and offer progress reports to track your development. Additionally, I am committed to dedicating extra time to help you overcome any challenges you may encounter.
Whether you are struggling with your structure, your language or the cohesion of your academic piece, I am happy to help you as a sounding board, partner and guide. My experience in academic writing spans 5 different academic pieces of writing across 3 degrees and several journal articles, with my LLM paper nominated for an award. I am aware of all the pitfalls one can encounter in this really challenging process and am therefore transparent with regards to not only the quality of the paper but also your work ethic in order that you can then obtain the best piece of work possible.

I offer 2 approaches to ensure that you improve the level of your Business or Legal English performance. Methodology and law courses for undergraduate students
Student in M1 Public Law at the University of Paris-II, I give courses in law and methodology for undergraduate students. The courses are mainly intended for law degree students but are open to all. Depending on the needs indicated before the session, I can adapt to all requests and create tailor-made courses in methodology, constitutional law, administrative law, family law, contract law, tort law and other degree subjects. The goal is to help you master points of law that may have remained obscure and to better explain the course. To this end, I also offer help in carrying out tutorials. I can also prepare a detailed correction of an assignment that would have been sent to me in advance. Having completed part of my law studies abroad, I can also provide help with assignments to be submitted in English and more generally in subjects taught in English. Classes can be done alone or in groups depending on needs.

Francesca Niamh
International Law Tutor (International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law, Public International Law, Human Rights Law)
My knowledge of and experience with international law derives from my studies and my work. I graduated ‘cum laude’ from the Geneva Graduate Institute with an LLM in International Law and a specialisation in International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law. Previously, I graduated ‘cum laude’ from The Hague University, with an LLB in International and European Law. I have extensive knowledge of the fields of international human rights law, international criminal law, international humanitarian law, law of international organisations, and public international law more broadly. I finished my studies only a couple of years ago, I can relate well to having to prepare for an exam or a paper, and enjoy sharing the tips that helped me improve and succeed. Knowing the different kinds of exams that law students need to prepare for and what is expected, allows me to tailor my approach to the classes, while ensuing you have a full-rounded grasp of the subject. I usually adopt the Socratic Method, ensuring an exchange and not a one-sided lesson. I am also keen to shape the classes to your needs and develop a lesson plan that works for you. I have worked at an International Court, a UN Agency, and am now working as a delegate negotiating resolutions at the United Nations in Geneva. I use International Law every day and bring a practical perspective of the use of international law to our lessons.
