French is a very popular language across the globe and speaking it is a valuable asset. As a native French speaker with years of experience tutoring children, teens, and adults of all ages, I believe could be a great tutor to support you on your journey, no matter what level you are, or wish to get to.

I take quite a flexible approach to classes, taking enough leadership but always leaving enough room for you to tell me what you wish to get out o them. The focus can be on basics or reaching a certain level of fluency and comfort in the languages, depending on the student's level and needs. We will touch on vocabulary, pronunciation, spelling, and grammar, again prioritizing depending on your needs.

I believe in helping students use language simply and effectively so they are able to understand and are easily understood.

I am a French and Spanish student in my second year at King's College London. I studied French, Spanish and History at A level and received A*s in all three subjects in addition to 11 A*s and 1 A at GCSE. I am happy to tutor for GCSE and A level students on both language skills and exam technique in addition to anyone else looking to learn a language!
I would start off teaching the basics if necessary and quickly revise the essentials. I would focus on the four main areas of learning a language; speaking, listening, reading and writing. I would do this through resources such as worksheets and fun activities such as games or quizzes. As a languages student, I understand how scary learning a new language can be. As a result, I would be encouraging and make the student feel as comfortable as possible in speaking in a foreign language.

I am offering French tutoring for all levels and all ages. I studied french throughout my academic life and then I spent a year working as an au pair in France. I would like to used my advanced knowledge of spoken and written French by helping other people learn this great language! I studied GCSE and A-Level French before taking a C1 course and therefore I could assist with exam preparation.
Whilst I was an au pair,I taught an English conversation class in Paris and I would like to continue this with new students on line.

About my classes: I take a positive but rigorous approach to classes and personal work. When learning French, it is effective to alternate between classes and conversations to improve learning. I mainly help my students to pass their French baccalaureate, and being in England for a month I offer classes to learn the French language and why not a bit of French culture and literature if the students are interested. My classes therefore include: learning to write and speak in French, more "relaxed" conversations to become more fluent, help with French lessons taken at school, etc.

About my experience: I have been teaching for 4 years, and I have had about fifteen students of all levels and in all classes. Do not hesitate to ask me for the parents' contact details if you need an outside opinion. Regarding my level of English, I have a Cambridge certificate that I obtained in high school, and I am now very fluent and perfectly able to understand native English speakers.

About me: I spent three years in preparatory classes, so I have an effective working method that allows me to progress and demonstrate rigor in my studies. I am currently doing a Master's degree in Literature with a view to passing the agrégation. I am 22 years old and I am a positive and cheerful person by nature. My goal is to become a teacher, so these courses will be an enriching experience for me!

About my services and rates:
I tend to favor 2-hour sessions because they are more effective. My rates not only include the lessons, but also my availability to answer questions, correct written work, organize mock exams, etc. outside of these hours. In order to improve student monitoring, I provide regular reports to parents. I am happy to travel if you live near me. Otherwise, videoconferencing works very well.
