Lwazi holds a TEFL certificate. I have 2.5 years of tutoring experience and one year tutoring online Asian students. I hold a Bcom Degree, I enjoy teaching because you get to interact and exchange views with students and also get to learn from your students. I also believe in a lot of activities in the classroom to keep students engaged as well as giving lots and lots of homework .

I am Lwazi, 23. I am in possession of a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Supply Chain Management further pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance. Lwazi has had over 2 years full time and professional experience in teaching, she has further practiced community engagements to educate and develop the community as indicated in my resume. I don’t just possess experience however have proven exceptional leadership qualities as well as community engagement. In 2015, I was a Bcom Foundation mentor, my responsibility was to ensure learners from mostly disadvantaged backgrounds and those who did not meet the minimum requirements for a Bcom are effectively equipped with enough resources and to perform at their best to make it to the mainstream focusing on writing skills, test, and exam preparations.
This was further done through motivation and teaching them team building as an exceptional tool for effective teams and groups. The same year in 2015, I received a prestigious award that recognizes top 15% performing students internationally Golden Key International Society. Moreover, in 2017 I was inducted as Fundraising Director for the Golden Key International Society. This organization does not only focus on academic performance however, but it also strives to educate and equip top-performing student’s leadership skills and giving back to the community. My responsibilities during this term were to come up with creative ways of raising funds, as well as communicating with potential sponsors both local and international for funds to pursue all projects for that year. I have further been with Teach me 2 Tutor, which is a South African online platform to teach different subjects my focus has been ages from 4-9 and teaching elementary English and other South African languages.
I believe the insight I have gained in my tenure will lend itself a position in this teaching program with well-applicable real-world knowledge and skills. I am convinced my experiences and people's skills will positively contribute to your school and I do strongly believe that education is such a powerful and important aspect of Society and I pride myself in education.
