My 45 minutes online lessons are based on making conversations. They will be custom made for you, working towards your aims and wishes. We will talk about topics of your preference like for instance movies, music, art, technology, science, cooking, fashion or current affairs. You choose what we will talk about and I'll design the lessons for you.
I will pay attention to what you need on grammar level and we will review mistakes so we can work on them.
You won’t even notice that you are actually studying!
Here we will discuss everything, we can talk about your aims and choose your favourite topics.

During the lessons we will only be talking in Dutch. This is a method that gives remarkable results in a short time. In the experience of teachers and students today it is the best method. There is no homework to be done except my advice on how and when to use the language. The conversations we’ll have will eventually do the work for you. But of course if you prefer to have homework I can provide it for you, no problem!

My 45 minute online lessons are conversation based. Just conversations!
They will be created for you, working towards your expectations and desired results.
We will talk about topics of your preferences such as cinema, music, art, technology, physics, cooking, fashion or current affairs. You choose what we will talk about and I prepare the lessons for you.
I will pay attention to what you need at the grammatical level and we will look at the mistakes together so we can work on them. As we speak, you won't even notice that you're actually studying at all!
Here we will see together what you need and talk about your expectations and choose your favorite topics.

There are 4 courses you can choose from.
Course 1: 3 months (13 lessons)
Course 2: 6 months (25 lessons)
Course 3: 9 months (38 lessons)
Course 4: 1 year (51 lessons, -1 week holiday)
Together we will agree on which day to start the course and what time your lesson will start.
For any reason or circumstance you should miss a class please cancel within 24 hours. We will make a new appointment to catch up on the lesson. *
If you go on holiday let me know so that we can organize it first to pick up after you return. *

DUTCH FOR FOREIGNERS - ALL LEVELS - A0 to C1 / ONLINE LESSONS VIA SKYPE.
I teach beginners and advanced students. Special training is possible for integration exams or state exams.
All frequencies possible; once or several times a week. Lesson duration: 60, 90 and 120 minutes. Most students prefer lessons of 90 or 120 minutes, because 60 minutes is considered too short. I give CUSTOMIZED lessons at the pace that suits you. If you want to speed up, we speed up; if you want to slow down, we slow down; if you want to practice more, we practice more; everything depends on your general level of education and the time you have available - outside of class hours - to study and do homework.
Classes are available from 9am to 5pm; evening classes are negotiable. The available time slots on the Apprentus website are an indication only; since I do both short and long projects, I can often schedule you in at short notice, so you can start your course almost immediately.

NT2 - Dutch for speakers of other languages: help with the integration exam, State Exam I and II

Dutch lessons for non-native speakers at all levels, from A0 to C1. All frequencies possible: once or several times a week. Lessons of 60, 90 or 120 minutes. I adapt my lessons to your pace. I teach from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Evening lessons after 17:00 are also possible (in consultation); + 30%.
The times that there is room for lessons are only an indication!! Usually there is room at short notice, since I accept both short and long projects.

As non-Dutch speaking parents, it is certainly not easy to teach your children Dutch or help them become more fluent in the new language. Who wants some extra exercise for their kids? I would like to help you with that. As their vocabulary expands and their sentences become more fluent, your children will become more confident. A good command of the Dutch language is certainly to their advantage, both now and in the future.

Do your children need some help with their homework, especially with their Dutch, then I can help with that.

Even as non-native-speaking adults, it is sometimes difficult to have enough exercise. That is why adults who want to make progress in speaking the Dutch language are welcome here! We can practice the everyday language together. Conversing is the best way to learn a new language.

I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. I am a Belgian (Flemish) and French student with a Masters in International Public Law (Amsterdam) and a Masters in Global development (University of Copenhagen).
