My class expertise is in giving traditional yoga teaching which includes hatha yoga, ashtanga vinyasa flow, pranayama, meditation. I always like to add iyenger yoga teaching in my class to find the alignment and adjustment of the body by using props, which helps all age group and level of people to practice yoga without having any injury. Namaste, my name is Rajat. I belong from Rishikesh Uttrakhand known as the capital of yoga. By profession and living I am teacher and seeker of yoga subject. My journey in yoga was in happening state it was like something preplanned. I spend my childhood in mountain mountain where I learned and did a lot of karma yoga such as grass and wood cutting, cultivation, feeding food to animal etc. it helped me to be humble and grounded down to earth. It was the great time of my life which I spent in village during my childhood because these basic teaching of life became fruitful in my yoga journey, so I am blessed of having this experience.

Later for my intermediate studies I came to Rishikesh and after completing my 12th standard from science stream PCB. After that I did my 1 year diploma in yoga and naturopathy, 3 year graduation in yogic science and finally I completed my master degree in yoga.

I have been sharing profound teaching of yoga since 2017 in India and Nepal by the grace of my Guru🙏. In these last 7 years I developed my potential to teach various style of yoga such as traditional hatha yoga, Ashtanga vinyasa, Pranayama, Iyenger yoga, yoga philosophy, anatomy & physiology of human body, meditation, Naturopathy etc. I am very attentive to deliver the truthfull experience of yoga to the participant during yoga practice. I am eagrly willing to share all those teaching of yoga what I have in my experience. My vision is to give the experience of yoga to each and everyone by practical approach which will build a better happy healthy human civilization.

Education

Uttrakhand open university, Uttrakhand sanskrit university, 200 and 300hour yoga alliance certification. I have learned and earned so much under the guidence of my masters.

Expérience / Qualifications

I have been teaching yoga since 2017 in different region of India and Nepal. I did my one year diploma in yoga and naturopathy and graduation in yogic science from Uttrakhand open university after that I did my master in yoga from Uttrakhand sanskrit university. In 2019 i did my 200hour yoga certification course from USA yoga alliance registered school in Rishikesh.

Since more than 6years I have been sharing the beautiful teaching of yoga.
