Je m'appelle Adrien et je travaille en tant qu'auditeur chez Ernst&Young (EY). Je suis également titulaire du diplôme de Master en gestion de l'entreprise (spécialisé en expertise-comptable et révisorat) que j'ai obtenu à l'ICHEC Brussels Management School.
Je donne des cours particuliers de comptabilité depuis environ 5-6 ans et cela marche très bien.
Je n'ai pas de méthode d'apprentissage spécifique. Je m'adapte à l'élève. Soit je revois tout le cours depuis les bases, soit nous voyons les chapitres qui posent problème à l'élève. I have a Master in Financial Management followed by the Specific Teacher Training Program in Economics. After almost ten years of practical experience in both the private and public sector, I switched to (higher) education in 2019. I have been working at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences for two years now, where I teach several courses within the field of accounting and tax (Professional Bachelor Accountancy-Taxation and Graduate Accounting Administration). I am also coordinator of the Graduate Accounting Administration.

The combination of both practical and didactic experience is considered by students to be a huge advantage. So-called theory is easier to remember on the basis of concrete examples. And that is precisely what I have a lot of.

On the basis of exercises and practical cases I try to sketch the whole as clearly as possible for the student. Moreover, I now have a lot of extra exercises and cases at my disposal due to my current position as lecturer within accounting and tax.

In addition to handbooks and other extra teaching materials, I can also offer the student a guideline on the basis of powerpoint slides in which the "theory" is briefly and clearly summarized.

My name is Tom and I obtained my master's degree in Finance & Investments from Erasmus University. I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm and knowledge about topics such as business economics, economics, finance and accounting with everyone I mentor! I'm a former economics teacher with a first-degree teaching qualification who, since 2021, has dedicated myself entirely to tutoring various subjects. I then share everything I've written on the whiteboard with you via WhatsApp so you can review all the explanations and solutions at your leisure after the lesson. Super convenient!
