Photography Essentials is a hands-on course I designed for anyone who wants to truly understand photography, not just press the shutter. In this class, I guide students through the core fundamentals—how your camera works, how to control exposure (aperture, shutter speed, and ISO), and how to compose strong, intentional images. We focus on real-world shooting, learning how to work with light, different environments, and everyday subjects.

This course is beginner-friendly and practical, whether you’re using a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or stepping out of automatic mode for the first time. My goal is to help you build confidence behind the camera, develop your creative eye, and start telling stories through your photos. By the end of the class, you won’t just know the basics—you’ll know why they matter and how to use them intentionally.
