I have over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. I have worked with software like Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Access), Installed Microsoft Windows Servers, Installed Hyper-V and Virtual Machines on Hyper V, Installed and Configured Virtual Machines on VMware, Configured Security Devices such as Fortigate FW's, Switches and APs, Configured Cisco Routers and Switches, Configured Extreme Networks Switches just to name a few.
I have provided years of IT Support to end-users both on the compound and remotely. My experience and knowledge are vast and I believe in knowledge sharing, hence the reason I am putting myself out there to share that knowledge with those who require assistance.

Education

BSc. Computer Science for the University of Hertfordshire. I graduated with First Class Honors. I also have an Associates's Degree from the College of Science, Technology, and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago. Completed Classes for CCNA as well.

15 years of experience using different technologies. I worked with both hardware and software. I am very experienced in Routing and Switching as well as building Complex and Simple Wide and Local Area Networks.
