Hello!
My name is Eulalie (I'm French), and I currently work as a language assistant in a high school in Düsseldorf. I offer French lessons, as I have for the past four years. I also speak German and English, if needed.
My experience
Throughout my studies, I provided tutoring and homework help to students (from kindergarten to high school). My first language lessons (French) were given during my Erasmus year in Constance, Germany, to adults (beginner or intermediate level).
Finally, I completed a master's degree in Strasbourg, France, and volunteered with the Contact & Promotion association. There, I organized French workshops for newly arrived, non-French-speaking high school students. I also completed an internship with this association and had the opportunity to teach French as a foreign language to a group of adult beginners (FLE), as well as continue teaching in elementary and high school classes.
I have been in contact with a diverse audience; I can work with both children and adults.
My method
I believe that the most important thing for learning a language is practice. That's why I talk a lot with my students, so they get used to understanding and expressing themselves. Depending on their needs and difficulties, I can adapt and design specific lessons and exercises. As for the students, I can help them review lessons, correct exercises (or create new ones), and prepare for exams and assessments.
