I have just under three and a half years experience as a teacher and have been practicing for about 5 years. My purpose as a teacher is to guide you through a perspective of safety and freedom, perfection is not the objective. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practicioner we can work together to build a practice that suits you. Being a full-time yoga teacher my schedule varies so please get in touch so we can find a time that works.

من أنا؟

Finnish girl born in New York and raised between London, Geneva and Helsinki. I have always been drawn towards spirituality and moving my body has always been a passion so when I discovered yoga it wasn't a surprise that I got hooked. I did my teacher training very fast after I began a regular practice because I just knew I wanted to teach. I launched myself as a full-time yoga teacher and practitioner in July 2017 because if I talk the talk I need to walk the walk. "Practice what you teach and teach what you practice" as Larry Schultz said (the founder of my yoga school, It's Yoga International and creator of The Rocket sequence.)
