Great for building a more solid foundation than that your school classes could give you. The default lesson structure - unless specified otherwise - will be mostly guided exam-style question practice and detailed explanation on ones where understanding is weak.

Prepare a notebook (can be e-notebook on tablet etc.) and a pen, regardless of whether the lesson is taught online. Also it would be best if the student could send me (could be via their own contact or a parent/carer's contact) specific topics and/or questions they don't quite understand and want me to go through before each lesson so that I can organise our lessons more efficiently.
