Ballet, modern, jazz, and tap are all subjects you can choose from to learn from beginner to an advanced stage. You can also choose drama, where we will be playing fun drama games, doing useful exercises, and script works for gaining confidence and improving imagination and creativity. Singing is available in the musical theatre style. All of these can be taught separately or you can choose a mixture of them all or two. Dance/gymnastics or dance acrobatic basics can be taught also to get moving and improve strength and stamina. For the little ones, they can take part in a fun-filled session of movement, song, and drama - taking them through a different story every time. (This class is best in a small group) Small group classes also available online and in your homes for any of the lessons. The aim is to have fun but also learn along the way!

This class is aimed at teaching body awareness and control for little people. In this class we'll cover a full active warm up, getting our blood pumping, mobilising our joints, sliding into some stretches and getting our muscles ready for some acrobatics. Then we'll cover some basic positions such as front support, straddle fold, bridge and shoulder stand. Before moving onto more advanced skills such as forward roll and cartwheels.
MichaelYi Jin Jing / Muscle-Tendon Change Classic / Practice Class
The Yi Jin Jing or "Muscle Tendon Change Classic" is a Yang Qi set and is the experience of “Kung Fu Yoga” and is primary to developing what is known as "whole body method". Yi Jing Jing specializes in opening the body and harmonizing strength, flexibility and connection. For most Practioners, Yi Jin Jing is the missing link in their training. Standing Practice and Fa Gong (Loosening Practices) will also be a part of the curriculum. It is an experience in balance and is both vigorous and gentle while invigorating the elasticity of the body. It is also a “seasonal practice” as it clears the excesses, stimulates the bodily systems and strengthens the deficient tendencies. The joints, connective tissue, ligaments, muscles and tendons are all nourished by the circulation strength of Yi Jin Jing. This is an essence practice and so is suitable for all styles, for the young to the old.

I have a high knowledge of Chinese culture and its customs, having traveled to different cities in China on two occasions, and learning first-hand from important teachers and sharing the day to day with them. I have experience as a Tai Chi and Chi Kung workshop for older adults with different cognitive conditions, focusing mainly on its therapeutic benefits. I focus my classes with a methodology that adapts to the objectives and needs of the student. We always start the class with a warm-up in which global exercises are combined (from organic conditioning and joint mobility), with elongation and stretching exercises. Later, the work of specific techniques (individual and joint) of the discipline is integrated with physical preparation to enhance them. Finally, exercises are performed to calm down before the end of the class.
