Being a native English speaker means I can bring you more than just grammar practice, I can help you develop better pronunciation and learn native phrases and words you wouldn’t learn in a standard classroom setting. The teaching techniques I use are customised to the needs of each student depending on their current English level and objectives. My lessons involve conversation practice as well as reading and writing through an online platform. All my teaching material is created through the Oxbridge Learning English programme. About Me

Born in London to French and American parents, I grew up between the three countries and now live in Barcelona. In addition to teaching, I also run my own business as a football agent.

After completing a Political Science degree with a focus in International Relations and Spanish at UCLA, I finished, with merit, a postgraduate business degree (MBA) at the University of Liverpool. In addition, I am a certified high school mathematics teacher in the United States with experience teaching subjects such as Algebra I, Algebra II, and test preparation. I taught high school math for multiple years in East LA with the program Teach for America that places top university graduates in under served neighbourhoods. As I lived in the UK for many years and have taught many British students, I am also intimately familiar with the UK curriculum. Furthermore, I have tutored students studying the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum for many years. Lastly, I have a TEFL credential, which has allowed me to teach English to dozens of students.

Having attended the Calandreta primary, nursery, and secondary school (an immersive Occitan-language program based on Freinet and Montessori pedagogies), I grew up in a multilingual environment and developed a natural aptitude for learning and sharing the languages I speak (French, English, Spanish, and Occitan). I offer tailored lessons for children, adapted to their level and age. For younger children, I focus primarily on conversation in their target language, as well as games and reading in the language they are learning. For older children, I also offer homework help or support with their textbooks. I strive to teach languages using the same pedagogies that allowed me to become multilingual from a very young age.

I taught English to my 15-year-old little sister, who now has a B2 level and is currently being certified (Cambridge).
I also gave French lessons to two boys aged 8 and 10, in the form of games and homework help.
