It is a sonorous, soothing and meditative African Instrument played by the people of Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Zambia. I will take you into it from whatever level you are at. All level welcome. African Djembe drum lessons: Learn how to play the drum, sing while you play and discover the healing in drumming.

Learn how to play the West African Djembe drum with your hands.
In this class, I teach you light and heavy djembe technique depending on your memory and strength.
Learn to Improve your timekeeping in drumming using the percussive bell and Cowhide Bass drums. I will help you drum and sing a song in an African language, whatever you want. I can teach you the relaxation and technique required to play stick drums as part of the Djembe ensemble.
If you want to compose beats using an African drum I am the guy to help you. It doesn't matter what music you play. I can Inspire you in my way of how the beat is composed, developed and felt by you and the crowd.

I am a concert pianist with a degree in piano and pedagogy from the Zurich Conservatory. I am not only passionate about music but also about teaching, which is my vocation.
I teach all levels and ages and all styles of music. I do not rely on a single method but on several methodological works. This allows me to offer students a greater variety of pieces, especially for beginner levels, and to choose the most suitable piece that will best help the student progress.
