I'm Yannik, 26 and I'm a guitarist, drummer, producer and educator. I've been making music for roughly 20 years now and I'm here to share my experience with you.
Originally from Einbeck, Germany, I came to Amsterdam in 2019 to study at the "Conservatorium of Amsterdam", where I obtained my Masters degree in 2025.

¿Quieres trabajar en repertorio clásico? ¿Quieres aprender canciones de todo el mundo o inventar las tuyas propias? ¿Quieres jugarle el feliz cumpleaños a tu mejor amigo con un violonchelo?

Exploremos juntos este hermoso instrumento con piezas que te gustan, encontrando diferentes formas de tocar una cosa, convirtiéndonos en actores en el escenario de la música... Creemos juegos para desarrollar la creatividad y la técnica, esos que te ayudarán a personalizar tu forma de tocar. .

Con la música, aprendemos mucho más que solo tocar piezas. Siempre pensé en cómo los antiguos griegos introdujeron la música como una asignatura esencial en la escuela. La música era para sanar, para entretener, para conocerte más.
Acabo de terminar mis estudios en la Universidad de las Artes de Codarts (Rotterdam) y no puedo negar que siempre seguiré aprendiendo después de terminar la carrera. Tengo muchas ganas de compartir algunos conocimientos y escuchar lo que ya sabes.

¿Qué puedo ofrecer?
Estilos que podemos trabajar: Clásica, Folk, Jazz, Pop.
Idiomas que podemos hablar en la lección: holandés, inglés, catalán y/o español
Habilidades que podemos trabajar: técnicas básicas, técnicas de jazz y folk, tocar el violonchelo cantando, percusión en el violonchelo.

Como trabajo
Cada clase se preparará individualmente para tener en cuenta los objetivos del alumno. En nuestra primera lección podemos conocernos y luego descubriremos qué es lo que quieres y cómo puedo ayudarte.
Para PRINCIPIANTES enseño el arco, las posiciones de los dedos y otros conceptos básicos con canciones fáciles (con los niños agrego juegos para que sea más entretenido). Como relacionar la pintura con el juego, la danza con el juego o la literatura con el juego.
Para NIVEL MEDIO exploramos, ya con cierta técnica, cómo tocar canciones, encontrar un buen sonido y sentirnos cómodos con el instrumento.

Actividades adicionales:
Una vez al mes planeo un ensayo con pianista para trabajar algún repertorio de violonchelo y piano. También se organizan encuentros con otros alumnos para tocar a dúo. ¡Es muy necesario jugar con la gente y no quedarnos estancados en nuestros propios estudios individuales!

Neben meiner Tätigkeit als Schlagzeuger und Komponist unterrichte ich seit über 20 Jahren Schlagzeug für motivierte Schüler unterschiedlichen Niveaus und Alters. If you’re interested in learning the flute and/ or gaining a new understanding of music through harmony, this lesson will provide that for you.

If you choose to, we’ll cover technique, improvisation, reading music, tone control and expression. We’ll also go over the fundamentals of harmony to give you the tools that will help with any other instrument. Your listening skills will also be developed. All entirely up to you, of course, we’ll only go as far as you wish.

I help my students to learn to play the ukulele or to improve their level with personalised approach where I create individual lesson plans for each student for their needs and pace. I create exercises from the songs you like/wish to play and cover the technical aspect in a fun way.

Als docent met meer dan 6 jaar ervaring bied ik privélessen aan voor alle leeftijden en alle niveaus.
Ik heb mijn lesvaardigheden geleerd van beroemde dwarsfluit-pedagogen van deze tijd. Ik heb ervaring met lesgeven aan zowel kinderen als volwassenen en ik vind het essentieel dat we allebei plezier hebben terwijl we zoiets geweldigs leren als muziek spelen! De lessen worden aangepast aan uw behoeften en we zullen samen uw muzikaliteit en technische vaardigheden ontwikkelen. Naast Klassieke muziek kunnen we als daar behoefte voor is ook werken aan andere muziekstijlen. Zo ben ik bekend met Braziliaanse volkmuziek, Barokmuziek, Moderne Muziek en Jazz.
Ook is het mogelijk om academische ondersteuning te vragen bij het instrument, muziektheorie of geschiedenis.

Lessen kunnen in het Engels en in het Nederlands. Als je zelf nog geen instrument hebt, kan ik wat suggesties geven over waar en hoe je er een kunt vinden/huren - aarzel niet om contact met me op te nemen als je interesse hebt.

Enjoy becoming an independent & all-round musician!!

My aim as a Saxophone & music teacher is to give you the ability to develop skills that will make you enjoy "music-making" and love exploring all kinds of songs/musical pieces. Also, I give you tools to be able to cooperate with other musicians.

The methods I use are focused around goals that I create together with each individual student (and/or parents). Our goals are based on both the student's passion & musical desires together with the technical needs to make these desires sound! (control over the instrument, reading music notation, music theory, Improvisation, composition, ear-training and more). Music is a powerful language that everyone around the world can understand, but not all can speak yet...
Music-making involves Joy, curiosity, self-expression and a feeling of being a part of something bigger than yourself!

Tijdens mijn hobolessen staat het genieten van muziek maken centraal. Het dubbelriet speelt een belangrijke rol bij zowel de klank als het speelgemak van de hobo. Ik zorg ervoor dat er altijd een riet is wat fijn speelt. Daarnaast zal ik veel aandacht besteden aan de manier van blazen. Dit is de basis die ervoor zorgt dat de leerlingen al vanaf het begin plezier hebben en muziek kunnen maken. . Samen muziek maken is het leukste dat er is, dus speel ik graag met de leerlingen mee in een duet. Gevorderde leerlingen begeleid ik bij het ontwikkelen van hun (muzikale) creativiteit en bied ik, als zij dat willen, rietenlessen aan. In deze lessen geef ik tips voor het bijwerken van rieten en leg ik alle stappen van het rietenmaak proces uit.

Mijn naam is Sjaak. Ik ben 21 jaar en studeer momenteel aan het Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Ik speel al zolang als dat ik me herinner verschillende instrumenten en ben me voornamelijk gaan focussen op basgitaar. Zo speel ik ook in meerdere bands en heb ik veel ervaring met het instrument op het podium of in de studio. Ook heb ik veel verstand van alles wat met de theorie te maken heeft en ik maak dus een lesplan dat helemaal is afgericht op wat jij graag wilt doen!
De lessen kunnen bij mij thuis of op school plaats vinden. Ik kan ook naar jou toekomen, maar daar vraag ik een kleine extra reiskostenvergoeding voor (inbegrepen in de prijs)

Muziekproductie & DJ lessen voor beginners en gevorderde. Je leert snel hoe je omgaat met een DAW of een DJ set. Van beats maken tot je producties volledig af mixen, ik kam je helpen om je muziek productie skills naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Ook DJ's begeleid ik van losse mixes naar compleet voorbereide sets die klaar zijn om gedraaid te worden.

Je leert snel de basis van muziek productie of DJ'en. Ik wil jou helpen om je eigen sound te ontwikkelen en daarin verder te groeien.

Sound is a word with a broad meaning. In these classes we will focus on listening sessions and sound composition/improvisation. At first, we will exercise the art of listening (natural and artificial/man made sounds). Later on we will try to make sound compositions and improvisations manually and on computer programs (optional).

Listening is a powerful tool for daily awareness. Listening to your surrounding, means being aware of other things and entities that exist around you, which adds on to a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s environment.

Through a selection of music, sounds and a series of exercises, I will guide you through a journey of listening to yourself and your surrounding.

Lessons are specifically tailored to the needs of each student, with a focus on their personal requests. I offer various approaches — teaching, coaching, mentoring. My lesson style ranges from diving into music theory and analysing great music works of the past, to developing a musical concept for your compositions and working on your personal style.

I am proficient in jazz arranging and composing, classical orchestration and composition, jazz and classical theory, solfege, rhythmics, as well as working within interdisciplinary fields — combining different art forms with music.

I offer a wide range of possibilities — writing your own compositions/songs; arranging for a big band (or any other ensemble); songwriting; working with strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion.

I am also working with Sibelius as a software, so I can teach you to use it.
