Former high-level gymnast, I have always been passionate about movement, body language, body expression. After twenty years of gymnastics, I instinctively turned to theater and then yoga and these two disciplines were a real revelation.

Regarding yoga, in my beginnings my practice was only oriented towards its physical dimension. I was content to put my body in motion, to work on my flexibility as a former gymnast.
