As a teacher of French as a foreign language and a holistic coach at the same time, I understood that learning languages is an art. Do you believe me if I tell you that learning languages is not just about memorizing vocabulary or understanding its grammar? Indeed, thanks to neuroscience we have learned that it is a set of memories to be stimulated combined with other factors which make it possible to learn a foreign language. Also being trained in several disciplines such as NLP, sophrology, EMDR, coaching.... my learning approach goes hand in hand with confidence and self-esteem. My working method is therefore based on the disciplines mentioned above with strong support from neuroscience. I therefore suggest that you learn or improve French or English in a fun way but above all to obtain autonomy in terms of practicing the language in context.
